D1 Elite Wrestling Club Rules

To ensure a safe, productive, and positive environment for everyone, please review and adhere to the following rules: 1. No Video Recording or Picture Taking For the safety of all minors, video recording and picture taking are strictly prohibited in the gym. 2. Closed Practices All practices are closed to spectators. Closed practices aim to create a more focused training environment where wrestlers can work on techniques and strategies without feeling pressure from outside observers. 3. Gossiping about athletes, coaches, or gym activities—whether in person, on social media, or via text—is not permitted. 4. Waiver Requirements The D1 Elite Wrestling Waiver must be signed before your athlete’s first practice. A Parent Agreement Form will be available upon start must be signed to participate in the program. 5. Safety Guidelines: Jewelry and Nails - No jewelry is allowed at practice. Nails must be kept at a safe length. Nails extending beyond the top of the palm side of the hand are considered too long and must be trimmed.
